Beyonce says it supports the ‘Greenprint Project’, a project that encourages people to reduce their ecological footprint by eating more plant food.

The singer says she only has a vegetable breakfast and that she eats meat-free on Monday. Her husband Jay-Z proposes two vegetable meals a day.

Beyonce’s trainer, Marco Borges created the ‘Greenprint Project’. He published a book last December in which he explains his vegetable diet and the associated training program. Beyonce and Jay-Z wrote the introduction to the book.

Research published in Science last June showed that reducing the consumption of meat and dairy products has the most significant impact on the environment. In this way, among other things, the irrigation of agricultural land and the emission of CO2 by animals would be reduced.
